What is NPCN?
NPCN is an IPA compromised of 100 plus individual/group independent physicians who want to control their own destiny and collaborate with other physicians on a variety of projects to improve their strategic and financial position, while improving patient care. NPCN is fortunate to have the Valley Health System as our strategic partner hospital system.

Managed By
J. Bruce Wiggins, Managing Partner for Business Development and Marketing, has been a health care executive/consultant for over thirty years. Bruce holds an MBA from DePaul University and has held positions in Nevada such as President Strategic Medical Management, CEO for the Valley Health System, and COO for both UMC and HPN.
Lawrence Preston, Managing Partner for Finance and Administration, also has over thirty-nine years as an executive and healthcare consultant. Larry holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from San Jose State University. Larry has served on the Nevada Boards of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Larry has been a CFO of several hospitals and is the President and CEO of Professional Medical Consultants, Inc. for the past 20 years.
Scott Wiggins, Systems Manager, is also the Financial and Economic Research Analyst for Strategic Medical Management performing website development, market research and financial pro forma development. Scott holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University.
