Bruce Wiggins has been a health care executive/consultant for over thirty years. Bruce holds an MBA from DePaul University and has held positions in Nevada such as President Strategic Medical Management, CEO for the Valley Health System, and COO for both UMC and HPN.

Managing Partner for Finance and Administration

Larry has over forty-four years as an executive and healthcare consultant. Larry holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from San Jose State University. Larry has served on the Nevada Boards of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Larry has been a CFO of several hospitals and is the President and CEO of Professional Medical Consultants, Inc. for the past 25 years.

Systems Manager

Is the Financial and Economic Research Analyst for Strategic Medical Management performing website development, market research and financial pro forma development. Scott holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University and a MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Provider Engagement Specialist

With nearly 60 of years of experience in the healthcare industry, including several high profile positions right here in Las Vegas, there is perhaps nobody more qualified to help engage practices and providers for the Nevada Primary Care Network than Ernie Libman, Provider Engagement Specialist.

With a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, an M.A. in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota, School of Public Health and a residency at Syracuse Memorial Hospital in New York, Ernie's education and real-world training is second to none. After his residency Ernie held positions as the Director of Planning and Development for West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA and Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. He also was the CEO of NorthCare HMO in Evanston, IL – a startup HMO that was the first qualified HMO in the U.S. – and he was the CEO of HMO Plan in Alamosa, CO.

\Before starting his own healthcare consulting firm in 1999 he held positions as: the Director of Planning and Development for Sunrise Hospital, the CEO of Nathan Adelson Hospice where he worked with the Adelson family to establish and build their hospice, the CEO of Valley Hospital Medical Center and the CEO of Lake Mead Hospital Medical Center.

Jerry Williamson is an experienced developer and manager of post-acute businesses. In his career, Jerry has guided three different startup companies from formation to successful, mature 100 million plus companies to include OnPointe Health in 2012. He has developed, owned, and managed over fifty locations providing skilled nursing, assisted living, home health, and community-based services. Jerry’s leadership, innovative contracting and healthcare experience will help to guide NPCN and its participants to become a valued integrated delivery system for health plans and patient populations.

Founder CarePointe and Managing member NPCN

John Rittenour is the design and development leader of the CarePointe managed care model. John will focus on improving access to healthcare for high-need, high-acuity and high-cost patient populations. Previously John has owned and operated care management, home health, case management, physician clinics, mobile doctors, clinical laboratory, and software / data management companies. John will be leading the implementation of CarePointe Solutions in Nevada aimed at improving the integration of historical and live patient data with services providers, case managers and analytical teams.

Eric Tanner offers over 10 years of healthcare management and operations experience having worked as an administrator, district operator, and COO of various skilled nursing organizations. Eric’s strengths lie in visualizing and articulating organizational paths forward – and getting the right people together to execute solutions. Eric leads NPCN operations and communications.

CEO of VIZI

Aaron is CEO of VIZI Health Solutions, a health informatics company focused on closing post-acute gaps in care for medically complex individuals through timely, insightful, and actionable data management. Prior to founding VIZI, Aaron created the population health management practice for Cardinal Health; developing pharmacist led patient management solutions for health system clients. Additionally, he was General Manager and a founding senior executive of the Intel/GE joint venture, Care Innovations, where he led their global disease management business focused on building digital health platforms and new care models to support home-based early interventions of high acuity populations.

EVP/Chief Technology Officer of VIZI

As CTO of VIZI Health Solutions, David is focused on ensuring VIZI’s information and technology investments are aligned with its strategic objectives and providing a clear competitive advantage for future business opportunities. He is overall responsible for leading product development, system integration, end user computing, data / network management, technical services, and security. Mr. Decker is an accomplished Health Care Information Technology executive with more than 30 years of innovative, visionary and change management leadership where he has established a solid track record of success by introducing applied innovations in the use of true client server, cloud, mobile and business intelligent technologies.

EVP/Chief Operating Officer of VIZI

Ken is Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of VIZI Health Solutions. In his role, Ken is focused on building operational efficiency and institutional value across all aspects of VIZI’s technical and commercial operations. Ken was a business process engineering leader at GE Healthcare where he integrated 65 distribution and manufacturing entities onto a single ERP reducing workload by 20 percent. Following a progression of operational and commercial leadership roles within GE Healthcare, including commercial operations manager of a $554M business unit, Ken became Vice President of Sales Development for a private equity holding of Centerbridge Partners L.P. where he was responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing operating mechanisms.
